Community Engagement Coordinator (Temporary)
Duties:
- Coordinate social media content engagement across multiple platforms
- Assist in producing and curating graphics, videos, and written content specific to each platform and audience to maximize engagement and grow Joni and Friends audiences
- Post written responses/outreach across multiple digital and social media platforms
- Assist in responding to comments on paid digital ads
- Monitor social media channels
- Monitor channels and actively report and remove spam comments and accounts
- Engage in daily constituent conversations to facilitate audience care and growth
- Monitor trends in social media tools, channels, design, and strategy
- Recommend creative opportunities for engagement, including campaigns and collaborations
- Assist in identifying trends, influencers, and other collaboration opportunities for potential ministry engagement
- Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor to support department and ministry needs
Qualifications:
Physical Requirements: Work is performed in a professional office setting with occasional movement throughout the facility. The environment is typically quiet to moderate in noise level, with standard lighting and temperature conditions. Employees are expected to maintain safety and ergonomic awareness while performing all tasks. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. This temporary position will go through approximately the end of November, and it is a full-time role. This is a hybrid position, working in our Agoura Hills office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; and working remotely on Wednesday and Friday. Compensation for this position will be between $23.50 - $24.50 per hour. |
