Administrative Coordinator, Radio Ministry
- Station Communication
- Do regular check-ins with radio stations to confirm release information, station personnel, and contact information
- Keep Salesforce updated with radio station information
- Maintain spreadsheet of current radio station partners
- Provide monthly reports of station counts and releases
- Compile lists of local stations for Area Ministry offices as requested
- Update station maps for studio computer and website
- Coordinate mailings to station managers
- Respond to and fulfill station requests for fundraisers, PSAs, door prizes, etc.
- International Radio
- Coordinate the receipt, organization, and distribution of foreign language radio files
- Download audio files, label/rename, upload across distribution platforms
- Receive, organize, and upload completed translations for recording
- Coordinate recording schedule for Chinese radio
- Coordinate the receipt, organization, and distribution of foreign language radio files
- General Administrative Duties
- Coordinate Zoom calls, RSVPs, invitations for any special events
- Assist with scheduling, lunches, gifts, and set-up/clean-up for any station visits
- Coordinate lunch and room reservations on radio recording days
- Prepare and distribute CDs for Radio Club
- Other administrative duties as assigned to support the Radio Ministry department
- Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor to support department and organizational needs
- Must possess a vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ and agree with the Joni and Friends statement of faith
- Desire to serve in a growing and dynamic Christian service ministry
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Must be detail oriented, committed to accuracy, and a team player who is flexible and able to work independently
- Some media knowledge – burning and ripping CDs; working with mp3/WAV files
- Knowledge of Salesforce is helpful but not required
- Must have a strong sense of confidentiality
- General computer skills are necessary along with a competent, working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, the Internet, and strong Excel skills
- Ability to learn new platforms and systems quickly
- An interest in Christian radio is helpful
- Understanding of Christian ministry and specifically Joni and Friends is desirable
This position primarily involves sedentary work in an office setting. The employee must be able to sit for extended periods, operate a computer and other standard office equipment, communicate clearly in person and over the phone, and occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach to access files and supplies. The role may also require occasionally lifting or carrying items up to 20 pounds.
Work is performed in a professional office setting with occasional movement throughout the facility. The environment is typically quiet to moderate in noise level, with standard lighting and temperature conditions. Employees are expected to maintain safety and ergonomic awareness while performing all tasks.

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.50 per hour. This is a hybrid position working in the Agoura Hills office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Wednesday and Friday are remote workdays, although there will be some weeks where you will be in the office on a Wednesday for recording days.
